What if I miss a day?

A miss breaks the shared streak unless it's covered. Each member has one automatic Grace Break every seven days per squad. It protects an existing streak when everyone who missed has one available.

Your squad also has a separate Squad Save, one every two weeks, that a teammate deliberately spends. Either protection holds the streak; it doesn't grow it.

What about weekends or rest days?

Every day counts, including weekends and holidays. There are no scheduled rest days, so choose a smaller goal when you need a lighter day.

Do I need friends to join?

No. We look for teammates in nearby timezones every 15 minutes. A place depends on who's available, and your squad starts scoring at 3 members.

Prefer people you know? Create your account and invite friends from the dashboard. A friends squad holds up to 5 people and also starts scoring at 3.

Is it free?

Yes, Squova is free to use, with no card required.

Is this another social feed?

No. Squova has no public feed, follower counts, or performance posts. Your goals stay within your squads. Matched squads use pseudonyms; friends squads let you choose whether to share your real name.
